Directions to Castaheany Community Centre
Coming via the M50: Leave the M50 at Junction 6, N3 exit, signposted "Cavan/Navan," heading north. Stay on the dual carriageway and continue for about two miles past the two Blanchardstown Centre exits. At the next exit, signposted "Dunboyne/Clonee," leave the dual carriageway. At the top of the ramp, turn left at the traffic lights into the housing development and turn left at the first roundabout at the bottom of the hill. Continue on past the community shopping centre on the left, and take the left turn at the next roundabout into the school and community centre campus.
Coming from Lucan via Clonee village: If you know the way to Clonee, then come through village towards Dublin, and when you get to the traffic lights on Castaheany Bridge (left takes you over the N3), take the right into the housing development and go left at the first roundabout at bottom of hill. Continue on past the community shopping centre on the left, and take the left turn at the next roundabout into the school and community centre campus.
Directions to Dublin West Office
Driving: Coming from the city centre Take the main road through Phoenix Park. Continue straight on through Castleknock village and over the M50. After going through the next set of lights, you will come to Blanchardstown village. The office is on the left-hand side above Browne’s restaurant, Unit 11 The Plaza. The door to the office is between the restaurant and Joe Molloy’s Bookmakers. Press the buzzer at the side of the door to gain entrance. Coming from the M50 From the M50 take the exit for Navan, the N3, Junction 6. Take the first left towards Blanchardstown Village (after 200m). After going through the next set of lights (passing The Bell Pub on your left), you will come to Blanchardstown village. The office is on the left-hand side above Browne’s restaurant, Unit 11 The Plaza. The door to the office is between the restaurant and Joe Molloy’s Bookmakers. Press the buzzer at the side of the door to gain entrance.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A CLAMPING SYSTEM IN PLACE IN THE CAR PARK. YOU MUST PARK IN A DESIGNATED BAY OR YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE CLAMPED.
By Bus: Coming from the City Centre There are two Dublin Bus services provided daily to Blanchardstown Village. The Number 39, leaving from Burgh Quay, City Centre going to Clonsilla (St Josephs Hospital) and the Number 38, which leaves from George's Quay, City Centre and goes to Damastown. Coming from the local area The Local Link No. 220 provides transport from Ballymun/Finglas/Blanchardstown Please note that the 38/A, 39, 70, 76A all stop outside the front of Dublin West Office. By Train: Coming from the City Centre The train service is the Maynooth train and leaves from Pearse or Connolly Station to Castleknock. On exiting the station turn left, crossing over the canal bridge. Keep on this road passing the Roselawn junction after 50m. Continue straight towards the Bell Pub junction whereby you turn left (at the traffic lights). One hundred metres down and the Plaza is a group of shops and cafes on left. Dublin West office is upstairs (sign on building) above Browne's Restaurant.
